TANNERS APPOINT MICK SULLIVAN AS FIRST TEAM MANAGER

Leatherhead football club are pleased to announce that Mick Sullivan has accepted the position of first team manager and will be assisted by Kim Harris

.Acting chairman Peter Ashdown said "we had 24 applications for the job which were narrowed down to 4 who subsequently invited to be interviewed".

He also remarked that the quality of the applicants was very high and felt that while making an extremely difficult decision he was happy that Leatherhead FC had appointed the man best equipped for the job.Leatherhead FC will now sit down with the new management team and start planning for the next season.

Sullivan,  managed Merstham in their successful first season in the Ryman League Division 1 South,

CLUB AGM

This years AGM will be held at Fetcham Grove on Wednesday 8th July at 8pm.

FORTHCOMING FIXTURES

Reserves
After Saturday's final league match of the season, the Reserves will be presented with the Suburban League Division 1 South trophy by Mike Bidmead, Chairman and Chief executive of the Suburban League.

The presentation will be made immediately after the game.

Come along and help the "Ressies" celebrate the end of a wonderful season.

Chris Lewington Named as Supporters Player of the Season

The highly promising Goalkeeper was named as the supporters' Player of the Seaon  for 2008/9. Past Chairman, Tim Edwards presented Chris with the award after the impressive home win against Sittingbourne on the last weekend of the regular season.
